Acceptance of Agreement.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement outlines and sets forth the entire understanding between us and you and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or representations between us and you regarding the content herein.

Waiver/Severability
The waiver by either us or you of a breach or right under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or right. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement. Besides for the above exception, the agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve any rights not expressly granted herein.
